Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our property portfolio by managing various aspects of our operations and ensuring seamless services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for all properties, ensuring timely repairs and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Cultivate positive tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and facilitating lease agreements.
  • Monitor property budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficient resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain property management software systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Support marketing efforts and leasing activities for vacant units, including conducting tours and preparing rental listings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Buildium) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,500.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
