LHH is actively seeking a Pump Assembly Technician will work within a team-oriented environment, performing pump assembly, testing, and painting of process pumps. The role ensures adherence to quality and safety standards in compliance with ISO 9001, while actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble process pumps according to bills of materials and work instructions.

• Conduct hydrostatic and pump performance testing in line with work instructions.

• Paint pumps and spare parts per order specifications and work instructions.

• Perform in-process quality inspections based on quality plans and work instructions.

• Follow quality control procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Participate in 5S housekeeping initiatives to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Contribute to the Preventive Maintenance program.

• Assist and mentor team members, including training less experienced coworkers.

• Perform other related duties as required.

• Understand and explain the structure and goals of the Safety Behavior Program (SBP).

• Comply with all safety rules and practices.

• Exercise the "right and duty to intervene" when safety issues arise, ensuring safety concerns are addressed and interventions are accepted positively to prevent accidents.

• Follow all work instructions, policies, and posted safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Familiarity with both English and Metric measurement systems.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Problem-solving capabilities within team-based workflows.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions as needed.

Pay: $22.90 - $25.00

Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $22.90 to $25.00 per hour
