Quality Assurance Information Specialist I

Summary
As a member of our Quality Assurance Team, the QAIS I ensures program quality standards are implemented in all departments through review of program data. The QAIS I supports program services integrity and compliance with all regulatory bodies and Everas policies and procedures, as well as makes specific recommendations to abate issues and continuously benchmark standards. QA Team members support program supervisors by providing direct guidance to staff, identifying agency trends, and implementing proactive and creative solutions in areas that require attention.
