What will I be doing?

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading, training, and developing the Quality Assurance team and fostering relationships between QA and Sales. They take direction from the Regional Senior Manager in order to achieve the goals of the department.

Schedule Details:
Our Quality Assurance Department operates 7 days per week. Shifts range between 8:00am through 8:00pm HST.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for pender and Open Issue Report, Buyers & Financial Commitment Reports, and PCC
  • Solidifying sales that need to be recognized for daily revenue for areas in which other QAM’s do not have access
  • Manage QAM presentation focused on customer experience, consistency, and HGV standards
  • As needed, assist the sales process by conducting deeding and notarization and post sale follow up
  • Address any office needs and provide proactive solutions for ensuring there are no disruptions to business
  • Meet with current owners at the Sales Gallery and resolve any escalated issues they may have
  • Establish a relationship and be the liaison with HGVC Owner Services Team Members (Club), Sales, Resort Operations, Contracts Processing, and other departments as needed
  • Manage Quality Assurance Team Performance (Team Lead / QAM / QA Coordinator)
  • Responsible for conducting trainings for QAM team and Sales
  • Collaborating with Sales Trainer to continue integrated Sales/QAM training
  • Coordinate the interview process and present Candidates to Sr. Manager for hiring decisions
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for Team Members as well as performance development plans
  • Conduct weekly Team meetings to communicate business updates
  • Prepare and maintain the Team Member schedules
  • Ensure time records are accurate and PTO requests are approved through Oracle
  • Additional duties assigned by Management, as needed, to further business objectives.
Qualifications

  • 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the vacation ownership industry.
  • 3 years proven experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to acquire a Hawaii Notary Public Certificate.
  • Hawaii Real Estate License Eligible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous training and development experience.
  • Experience in direct sales within the vacation ownership industry.
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Valid Real Estate and Notary License.
