POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Quality Data Specialist to manage and maintain quality-related data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity through regular checks and updates. This role involves developing reports, creating visualizations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Additionally, you will assist in the document control processes and provide administrative support to the quality management team.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and maintain quality-related data from various sources across the organization.
  • Assist in the analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular checks and updates.
Reporting:

  • Develop and generate regular quality reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), under the guidance of the quality manager.
  • Create and manage visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate data insights.
  • Prepare preliminary reports for review by the quality manager and assist in preparing materials for meetings.
Document Control:

  • Oversee the submission, revision, and archiving of company documents.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible document control system, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easy to retrieve.
  • Assist in the review and update of documents, working closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Process Support:

  • Provide support in tracking and documenting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in managing customer returns, including inspection, documentation, and communication with sales and service departments.
  • Assist with training actions for new or updated processes as needed.
Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the quality management team in their day-to-day tasks, including report building and process development tasks.
  • Support the communication of quality initiatives and updates across the organization as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Combination of education/experience will be considered.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Production related fields.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proficient with Google Suite.
