Electronics Quality Inspector

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Inspector within the electronic manufacturing industry.
• Must have prior experience inspecting PC Boards with SMT and through hole components and wires.
• The Inspector is responsible for inspecting and approving incoming materials by conforming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis for customer shipments.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste and input data into quality database.

Requirements

• IPC-610, IPC-620 Certified or 5 years IPC inspection experience required
• Electro-mechanical Inspection experience is a plus
• Able to communicate effectively with various departments
• Strong computer skills
• Able to comply with ITAR regulations as specified for military/government production setting
