Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the restaurant. You'll be responsible for leading the team, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of growth and development.

Position Responsibilities:

Exceptional Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, employees, and managers in a friendly and courteous manner.

Team Development: Coach and mentor assistant managers and supervisors, including conducting performance reviews, creating development plans, and delegating store responsibilities. Demonstrate the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Growth: Assist in the growth and development of assistant managers and supervisors, enabling them to take on increased responsibilities and promoting their potential.

Quality and Standards: Ensure the restaurant complies with corporate, health department, and guest service standards. Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees, paying strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Effective Communication: Communicate issues and changes with the management team, vendors, and administrative staff.

Financial Management: Ensure the accuracy and detail of financial information related to cash, food cost, security, and labor.

Training and Consistency: Follow and execute training programs and processes to maintain product consistency and quality.

Leadership Role: Act as a leader and role model of professionalism for all managers, supervisors, and employees.

Commitment to Excellence: Perform all assigned tasks to the best of your ability.

Physical Requirements:

1. Be available for a flexible schedule, including nights, evenings, and weekends.

2. Capable of working up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking.

3. Able to lift up to 45 lbs during the workday.

4. May require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
