Job description:

Faneek's is a Quick serve American restaurant specializing in Coney Island Style Hot Dogs. We take the customers order at the counter, make the order accordingly and accurately, then call customers name to hand it out to them for take out, deliver to table for dine in.

Clerks greet every customer, says goodbye to each customer, takes orders, cashes out customers, makes food in the front, frying food in the back, cleaning during down time, break down everything for closing. Additional jobs may be required out of necessity and safety.

And, we constantly say teamwork makes the dream work and a team needs to be balanced for it to work which means we do the best we can every day. Communication is key.

Customer service is number one for us.

Three easy rules for us: Provide excellent customer service, if it’s dirty clean it, if it’s empty fill it.

Reliability is key, it is very hard to accommodate multiple sick calls. Reliable child care is a MUST. This includes plans for daycare/school closures

• MUST BE A PEOPLE PERSON
• Fridays and Saturdays are a must. We are closed Sundays.
• Currently offering 15-20 hours with the opportunity to work more.

We are open 11a-8p Monday - Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH PEOPLE
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and food safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently
• Task Oriented
• Experience in food preparation
• Basic math skills and understanding of sanitation and food handling guidelines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
