Position Overview:

We are seeking driven and motivated Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for representing clients in real estate transactions, whether buying or selling, and ensuring a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for buyer and seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close transactions.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and assist clients in navigating the home buying or selling process.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about real estate markets, trends, and regulations to best serve your clients.
  • Build relationships and maintain a network of clients through exceptional service and ongoing communication.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Real Estate License.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver high-quality service.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with real estate market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
