We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Receptionist to support our Pain Management Clinic.
SHIFT:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30am - 5:00pm
BASIC FUNCTION:
- This is a highly visible position and includes daily patient interaction, message taking, patient scheduling, reception, etc.
- Responsible for greeting the patients and checking them in
- Provides support services and carries out clerical duties in the department as needed
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Phone and customer service skills are a must for this position
- One year secretarial experience preferred with good computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
