Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. You will be trained on-site.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:
- Proficient in typing and operating various office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
