The Center for Counseling & Consultation is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving Barton, Pawnee, Rice, and Stafford counties in Central KS. Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming calls in a professional manner
• Take messages or transfer to voice mail system as needed
• Collect and verify paperwork, demographics, address, phone number, insurance, scan insurance cards into Electronic Health Record
• Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate medications samples pick up by clients.
• Fax documentation to other facilities when requested
• Check account balances and accept payment, record and manage cash received
• Collect client information adhering to HIPAA requirements and regulations.
• Schedule, reschedule and/or cancel therapy and medication appointments
• Accurate data entry into E.H.R. as needed.

Requirements:

• Background void of issues related to abuse or neglect
• Valid Kansas driver's license with favorable record
• Minimum of 6 months front office experience, public relations, or related customer/client experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $29,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
