Job Overview:
As the first face our clients see, you’ll be the ambassador of our brand, delivering first-class customer service with a smile. Your role as a receptionist will involve much more than answering phones — you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, visitors, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, making sure everyone feels welcome the moment they step into our office.
  • Manage phone lines: You’ll handle incoming calls, route them to the right team members, and ensure no question or concern goes unanswered.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring our team is always on top of their game.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: Including data entry, managing correspondence, and other tasks to support our team’s efficiency.
  • Ensure the reception area stays tidy and organized, because first impressions matter!
  • Handle mail and deliveries: Sort, distribute, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have a positive attitude and are a natural people person. You love engaging with others and providing excellent customer service.
  • Multi-tasking is your middle name. You can juggle phone calls, visitors, and tasks with ease.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented. You enjoy keeping things in order and making sure nothing gets overlooked.
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and willing to learn new tools.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is a plus, but not required — we value attitude and the ability to learn on the go!

Hours:

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with some flexibility)
  • Part-Time: Flexible shifts between 9 AM – 5 PM, Minimum 3 days a week, depending on availability.
