Job Description

Ridgeline Management Company is dedicated to creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and everyday for our residents and employees. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, giving tours and gathering personal information from inquiries, answering telephones, taking/delivering messages and responding to community Leadership Team members.

1. Greets all visitors, gives tours and assistes as needed.
2. Answers the telephone in a polite and courteous manner.
3. Monitors resident activity and alerts staff when assistance is necessary to assure residents safety.
4. Monitors community guest and visitors entrance/exit in accordance to community policy and procedures.

5. Assures that lobby area, reception area anede entry area is kept clean, neat and orderly.
6. Displays mature behavior and attitude in speech and action; demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the mission statement and approach to care used by the community.
7. Maintains an acceptable attendance record; notifies supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel polices; follows the assigned work schedule.

8. Performs other tasks as assigned.
