Recover Support Specialist (RSS) Opportunity in Danvers, MA

Recovery Centers of America at Danvers is looking for Recovery Support Specialists to join our team. We are currently hiring both part time and full time opportunities and offer a $5,000 bonus for full time second and third shift!

• First Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
• Second Shift: 3PM- 11:30PM
• Third Shift: 11PM- 7:30AM

*Please note: We require every other weekend commitment*

As a RSS, you will…

• Monitor patient activities, provides security checks throughout shift, completes documentation to include but not limited to, rounds sheet, End of Shift reports; records patient behavior.
• Participate in direct patient care including ensuring patient safety, interacting therapeutically. Assists in the activities of patients daily schedule
• Perform all aspects of patient belongings processing for new admissions and resulting from visitation, including search, debugging and deliver
• Partner with Clinical staff to conduct a welcoming New Patient Orientation
• Aid and instruct patients in facilitation and presentation of the RCA Clinical Curriculum with corresponding notes in medical records system.
• Understand the principles of 12-Step Programs and how they apply to the recovery process

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months experience in health and human service-related field preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
