Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), recruiting team is seeking talented recruiters that will support attracting and hiring Amazon's future leaders, at scale, from student talent.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role.
The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams.
In this role, you will: - Partner with business and recruiting teams across Amazon to understand student hiring needs
- Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
These roles are available across multiple teams within our recruiting organization, reporting to different recruiting managers.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
- Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
- Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
- 2+ years of university or other high-volume recruiting experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience in providing high quality customer service
- Strong communication skills: public speaking, interpersonal and written acumen expected
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects cross-functionally and deliver on programmatic expectations
- Possess strong analytic intuition with experience using information to influence change programmatically
- Proven ability to develop creative approaches to ensure delivering solutions to your customer · Salesforce or other large-scale recruiting system expertise

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
