Title: Talent Aquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Experience with Full Cycle Recruting is required for this role. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilize various recruiting tools and technologies, including ATS/Paylocity and HRIS systems, to streamline the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to generate interest in job openings.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS system.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with employment labor laws.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize Paylocity and local job system for efficient recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting roles is required.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Expert with ATS systems and HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including social media platforms and networking events.

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
