Job Description

The Referral and Talent Acquisition Liaison will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a referral program to encourage current employees and partners to refer potential clients and candidates. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Additionally, this role will handle recruitment strategies, job postings, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Referral Program Development: Design and manage a referral program to encourage current employees and partners to refer potential clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and other potential referral sources.
  • Follow-Up: Track and follow up on referral leads to convert them into clients or employees.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of referral sources and success rates, reporting regularly to the CEO and Clinical Director.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the ABA field.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client engagement, and service uptake.
  • Consistent Messaging: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channel

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
- Proficiency in negotiation and interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of HR sourcing and talent management
- Familiarity with ATS and internal recruiting processes
- Understanding of employment law and employee relations
- Ability to manage relationships and conduct cold calling
- Experience in campus recruitment and executive recruiting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
