The Referral and Talent Acquisition Liaison will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a referral program to encourage current employees and partners to refer potential clients and candidates. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Additionally, this role will handle recruitment strategies, job postings, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
