Regional Clinical Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Executive Director
• Manage the overall quality of patient care and performance of clinical staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Assists with training and support to staff to foster professional growth
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
