Regional Coordinator - CPR and First Aid Instructor - Springfield, MO
Life Pro Safety Services is currently seeking a Regional Coordinator to work out of our new Springfield, MO training center. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week) working mostly day time hours, some evenings and some Saturdays.

Job Requirements
The instructor will lead small and large classes, training students life-saving skills in the subjects or CPR, First Aid and AED. Training is provided. Classes will be held at our Springfield training center or on-site at our customer's location. Some travel is required. The regional coordinator will assist with business growth in the region by attending networking events, cold calling and other promotional events.

Requirements

• Provide instruction to students via group discussion, lectures, and demonstrations, using media and training aids.
• Conduct, evaluate, and facilitate practical exercises, and provide an after action review.
• Update training records
• Availability to work daytime, evening and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, some college preferred
• Back ground in medical field, teaching or public safety preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• A valid driver license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Some travel required, occasionally up to 2 hours.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to speak in front of large groups of people
• Ability to communicate course material in a clear and understandable manner
• Ability to teach effectively in an adult learning environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must sign no compete clause
• Must clear criminal background check
