The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings.

What will you get to impact in this role?

  • Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care)
  • Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments
  • Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community
  • Adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance

Requirements

What can you bring to the job to help you succeed?

  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment is highly preferred
  • Multi-site management in similar environment is also preferred
  • The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting and scheduling
  • Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
