About Us:
Youth Enrichment League (YEL) provides five-star enrichment programs for youth, specializing in activities like chess, LEGO®, and fencing. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Regional Director to establish our presence and expand our programs in the Sioux Falls area.

Job Overview:
As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving growth in the St. Cloud area by managing program offerings, recruiting and training teachers, and building relationships with local schools, parks, and recreation departments. This role offers the flexibility to manage your schedule, though availability is required during class times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management (15%): Recapture and grow relationships with local schools and community programs to offer YEL classes.
• Teacher Recruitment & Management (35%): Recruit, interview, hire, and train new teachers. Provide ongoing support and manage current staff. Substitute teach if necessary.
• Class Scheduling & Data Management (15%): Organize classes and manage data within our custom database system.
• Marketing & Advertising (15%): Create and distribute flyers, manage email marketing campaigns, and participate in local event marketing.
• Customer Service (5%): Handle phone and email inquiries from clients and parents.
• Supply Management (5%): Distribute and refurbish class materials and supplies.
• Budget & Miscellaneous (10%): Manage the local budget for supplies and assist with events like chess and fencing tournaments.

Hours:

• Flexible, but availability during after-school hours is required:
• Weekdays: 2:00 – 6:00 pm
• Saturdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Summer: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Compensation:

• Commission-based: 30% of gross revenue
• Anticipated earnings for different seasons provided
• Payments are made quarterly.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals.
