Company Overview: 

Meadow Homes is an innovative startup specializing in vacation rental management across Northeast ski and lake destinations, including Mount Snow, Manchester, Okemo, Sunapee, Stratton, Waterville Valley, the Berkshires, and Hunter. We are rapidly expanding, having added over 20 new properties to our curated collection this year. Our design-focused properties cater to friends and families seeking an escape to the beauty of New England, featuring larger homes (three or more bedrooms) with premium amenities like hot tubs, ping pong tables, and pools.

Founded in February 2022, Meadow Homes currently operates or has signed approximately 55 properties, with plans to add 1-2 new homes each month. We pride ourselves on delivering warm, attentive service to both owners and guests, establishing ourselves as the preferred local partner in the destinations we serve.


Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Regional General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing portfolio. This role presents a unique opportunity to be an early leader in a high-growth, well-capitalized startup with significant growth potential. As an integral part of our team, you will help shape our company culture, set direction, and have the autonomy to manage the portfolio effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance teams to ensure all properties are guest-ready.
  • Manage the guest communications team, stepping in as needed for sensitive situations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate on hiring, scheduling, and staffing to maintain adequate coverage for optimal guest service.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of property listings, including text, photos, and amenities. Assist in drafting text for new listings.
  • Take responsibility for the physical quality of homes, ensuring thorough cleanings and a superior overall guest experience.
  • Maintain clear communication with property owners to build trust and provide reassurance
  • Work closely with company leadership to define strategic direction and implement new systems and initiatives.


Preferred Skills & Characteristics:

  • Proven leadership experience in hiring, training, providing feedback, scheduling, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Experience in a hotel, resort, or vacation rental environment.
  • Hands-On Approach
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
  • Candidates must reside in or near the following locations: West Dover, Ludlow, Stratton, Manchester (VT), Sunapee, Waterville Valley (NH), Hunter (NY), Becket, or Egremont (MA). Willingness to travel is essential.



Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Bonuses: Quarterly based on performance
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
