Job Description

Overview:

The Regional Learning Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, materials, and delivering diverse leadership skills training programs. Focused on developing talent, and courses, to help leaders and associates build their capabilities, reach their goals, and foster a culture of growth and development. The Regional Learning Manager is a collaborator that supports the divisions initiatives to strategize for growth.

Overview

- • Assist in analyzing training needs and existing programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Plan, develop, and implement training and resources that will support career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Company's Learning Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Assist with ensuring all training materials (quick reference guides, performance support tools, participant guides, facilitator guides, eLearning courses) are communicated.
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate DEIB strategy.
  • Compile, analyze and Report on Learning/training initiatives monthly.
  • Evaluate eLearning courses and provide feedback, as necessary.
  • Manage and deliver assessments and surveys for our programs.
  • Collaborate with other Learning colleagues as part of a regular practice to continually improve HR/Learning processes to better serve our team.
  • HR/Learning projects as assigned.
  • Forecast, budget, and manage training expenses for division.
  • Manage, provide, and track mandatory compliance training to the division regarding any policies or state/federal requirements.
  • Manage the division Assistant Store Director Training Program
  • Manage the Regional Management Certificate Program
  • Support & collaborate with division Retail Initiatives
  • Champion change management efforts with an improvement mindset driving the One Best Way (OBW) model.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in collaborating with peers and support teams on multi-faceted projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in data compilation, reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Function independently as well as excellent ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through.
  • Effectively prioritize work in support of multiple programs and projects.
  • Be the point of contact for vendors and participants to assist with questions or issues as they arise.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned area and Division when needed. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

Relevant Experience, Education, Certification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
  • 2+ years in a training position or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of proven project management and program management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide administrative assistant duties, as necessary.
  • More than Proficient with entire Microsoft office suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Physical Environment

  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • May sit for extended periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.
