RBT Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in both home and center-based settings
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- A minimum of one (1) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
- Strong preference for candidates who already possess the RBT certification
- Must be caring, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours
- Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety
- Ability to get up and down from the floor independently
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings
Pay:
Starting at $19 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Hours available between 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday with preference given to availability between 1:00pm - 5:00pm.
