Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) – Case Manager looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

Assist patients and families in assessing financial resources.  Work closely with physicians and payors to assure proper use of fiscal resources.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.


• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. 


• Professional certification preferred.


• Membership in a professional organization preferred.


• Certified in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, days; 48 hours per 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $29.50 - $44.25 per hour
