We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a start up Home Health Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to work in various medical settings. This person would be looking to advance their professional career and work towards becoming our ADON, DON, or maybe Executive Director!

Duties
- Provide direct patient care in where the patient calls home.
- Perform ostomy care, wound care, and educate the patient on resources
- Utilize expertise in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) management and help agency order as needed for patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans

Experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas
- No experience in a community based setting required, prefer 1 year in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
- Strong background in chronic condition management, taking vital signs, reconciling medications, wound care, and ostomy care

Pay: $33.65 - $48.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Required)
