Job Description:

• Join our 5A Surgical ACE unit, a 32-bed unit specializing in adult and older adult care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5, ensuring comprehensive care for each individual.
• Care for trauma patients and administer Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered.
• Maintain proficiency in BLS/ACLS.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient documentation and patient care coordination.
• Utilize specialty equipment such as gait belts, geriatric chairs, and PT equipment.
• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and NICHE training is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
