Operates clinic telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls in a timely, efficient, and appropriate manner, focusing on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Completion of high school or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
