Job Description

Are you a compassionate individual who loves helping others? Do you have experience handling a high volume of calls and enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team and serve the elderly community. This is a full-time, remote position that requires working nights and weekends. You must reside in Florida to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer service calls and provide timely and effective support.
Assist elderly customers with inquiries and concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for the caller.

Equipment Requirements:

Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 11.
At least 8GB of RAM and a CPU speed of 1.67 GHz or higher.
A hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
USB headset.
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download.
A dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Qualifications:

Must be located in Florida.
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Previous experience with high call volume and customer service.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
A passion for helping others, especially the elderly.
