• Collaborate with the team to design campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.
• Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns and report results back to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing and digital advertising.

Compensation Structure
Please note that this position operates on a commission-based structure. You will not receive a salary until we secure payment from clients. However, as we grow together as a team, there will be opportunities for promotion based on performance and contributions to the agency’s success. Your role is crucial in establishing our reputation in the industry, and your efforts will directly influence your potential earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields (internships included).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is preferred but not required.
