Hybrid Role (2-3 Days per week onsite in Charlotte, N.C. Office)

• Work experience in process design, project management, project consulting, or other consulting role within the financial services industry, including streamlining/automation of reports and presentations.
• Experience supporting change initiatives with a focus on deployment and training.
• Ability to develop flexible project plans based on problem statements.
• Help guide large teams move projects from "point A " to "point B ".
• Ability to create, define, and monitor KPI's, summary metrics, and health reporting.
• Ability to easily adapt and explore new technology, tools, and applications.
• Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with various levels of SME's and executive leadership.
• Strong ability to influence and lead diverse groups to achieve desired results.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is $70.00-$78.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
