Job Summary
Assist the Research Facility Coordinator and Special Events Coordinator with a variety of facility and event needs in the Healthy Kentucky Research Building and surrounding area. This includes conference room set-up, event set up/support, loading dock and mail room operations and monitoring, general daily building rounds and tasks, reporting any building issues in a timely manner. Day to day tasks may vary from time to time.


Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Facility management, room set-up, problem solver, communication, event management, organization, self-motivated.
