The residential program manager will perform the following duties:

• Manage all staff and the residential daily operations of homes that serves individuals wiith Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
• Create staff schedules and ensure staff are working as scheduled.
• Interview and recruit all staff and ensure coverage for all shifts
• Ensure all staff are following person centered practices and human rights policies.
• Provide safety checks of homes to ensure compliance
• Maintain the safety of the individuals’ by monitoring the administration of medications, eating healthy meals, maintaining personal hygiene and a clean environment
• Maintain petty cash and good financial records
• Ensure all documentation is being completed according to regulations
• Ensure clients attend all their medical, psych and dental appointments.
• Perform other duties as required for the position

Required Experience:

• At least four years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including two years as a manager.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Preferred certifications in CPR/First Aid, Med Administration, and supports (TOVA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
