RESTAURANT BUSSER
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is seeking a Restaurant Busser to join our team. The Restaurant Busser is responsible for providing a clean and attractive environment in the restaurant for guests and staff.

STATUS:
  • Full-time & Part-time
SCHEDULE:
  • Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays
RATE OF PAY:
  • $16.30 to $16.30 per hour/DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills and Ability to:
  • Acknowledges, understands and abides by Company policies and procedures.
  • Work independently and manage one’s time to meet productivity requirements.
  • Meet quality standards for service and maintains a neat and clean work station at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing to convey information effectively.
  • Maintain calm demeanor under pressure and during to constantly changing situations.
  • Wear appropriate uniform and name badge and maintain personal cleanliness as prescribed by Company policy.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional, courteous, constructive relationships with guests, staff and management team.
Education and Experience:
  • Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and good communication skills. Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
Licenses:
  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Permit.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medium Work: Ability to maintain standing position for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, frequently lift up to 20 lbs., and occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
