Responsibilities:

• Execute financial, marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies, and tactics
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization
• Manage restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with SOP in areas such as recruitment, training, food preparation, safety, and sanitation
• Supervise and support employees, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution
• Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain personnel files with appropriate employment and legal documents
• Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office
