Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their retail needs. Responsibilities:

-Creating relationships with customers

-Learning systems to maximize your selling potential

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems
- Cash handling duties, including opening and closing cash registers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including processing and merchandising products
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with retail sales
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or resolving issues
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist customers who prefer to communicate in another language
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a retail setting
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing calculations
- Experience in retail sales
- Ability to multi task

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
