Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
*Processing customer transactions, orders, sales, and transfers of merchandise.
*Answering incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries.
*Evaluate and document condition of customers merchandise for repair.
*Working closely with each customer to learn his/her needs.
*Establishing a loyal customer base and creating sales.
*Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
*Understanding and having the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products.
*Supporting the store’s operations in all matters.
Qualifications
*A love for jewelry and working with people
*A Sales approach to building and growing a client base
*Outstanding customer service at all times.
*A strong knowledge of jewelry, silver, gold and/or watch repair is preferred.
*Old Fashion work ethic, team attitude and hands on approach.
*An ambition to advance a career in retail.
* A Graduate Gemology degree is preferred but not required.
