Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE JOB:

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, providing seamless checkouts, and maintaining presentability and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY: $15 per hour plus potential commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities

  • Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and professionalism

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment aligning with visual merchandising standards

  • Sustain product availability

  • Report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management

  • Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

  • Currently holds or is able to obtain a TAM Card, and Food Handlers Card

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

  • Bilingual

  • Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • 6 + months of customer service experience in a retail setting

  • 6+ months of experience in cash handling

  • Experience in a similar resort setting

  • Polished appearance and presentability
