Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting roofing materials and related products, providing accurate information on features and benefits

Greet customers and provide excellent service, answering questions and offering product recommendations

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves

Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
