We promote our clients in retail environments via face-to-face. Sales Representatives will work closely with other team members to help execute brand awareness strategies to promote Frontier programs throughout Shelton.

Retail Sales Associate Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with high-school diploma/GED
• Entry-level position, no experience necessary
• Customer service experience recommended
• Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Must have reliable transportation

Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• In-store marketing/sales campaigns
• Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face
• Customer service skills
• Building relationships with potential customers
• Maintain relationship with retail store managers
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face
