**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Duties:**

- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

- Greet customers promptly and assist with finding products or answering questions.

- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and cleaning the sales floor.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and drive revenue.

- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and manage inventory.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail sales and use this knowledge to effectively engage with customers.

- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse customer base.

- Provide assistance to other sales associates as needed, including opening and closing procedures.

- Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and use this knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Prior retail sales experience preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Basic math skills and experience operating a cash register.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Bilingual skills a plus.

- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.

- Ability to supervise and assist other sales associates as needed.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

- Strong retail math skills and the ability to manage inventory effectively.
