We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our Soleil Toile team!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs in order to build lasting relationships
• Willingness to seek fashion and product knowledge 
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Work with team to keep the store customer-ready (stocking, tagging, organizing, and light cleaning)
• Become familiar with retail software in order to enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns
• The hours and schedule for this position may vary depending on business needs

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Enthusiasm to excel in a team environment 
• Ability to build rapport with customers
