We are in search of both full and part-time Spa Sales Associates. You will play an important role in ensuring our spa runs smoothly, and that our clients experience the ultimate in affordable, luxurious, massage and skin care therapy services.

Job Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests.
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival.
• Efficiently and effectively answer phones, book appointments, and check clients out after services.
• Educate clients about the services we provide and our membership benefits.
• Sell memberships, gift cards and other retail items; must meet membership sales quotas.
• Learn and work with a Point of Sales (POS) System [Zenoti] to ring up various transactions.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
• Ensure the spa is organized and clean.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
