Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Embrace our commitment to personalized service and community engagement. Welcome customers with warmth and sincerity, embodying the spirit of our family-owned business.
- Supporting Local Needs: Assist customers with a range of essential services like packaging, printing, mailbox rentals, and various document services. Tailor your support to meet the unique needs of our community members with patience and understanding.
- Building Trusting Relationships: Cultivate trust and loyalty within our community by offering genuine assistance without pressure. Focus on building lasting relationships based on mutual respect and care.
- Notary Services: Undergo training to become a Notary Public, an integral part of our commitment to providing comprehensive services to our neighbors. Conduct notarial acts with professionalism and dedication.
- Operational Excellence: Learn to operate various equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines, binding, and laminating machines. Assist customers with document services such as scanning, faxing, binding, and laminating.
- Maintaining Store Appearance: Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This includes regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring displays are neat and well-presented.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and performing periodic inventory counts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Genuine passion for serving the local community and contributing positively to their experience.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a family-owned and operated business environment and uphold our values of integrity and care.
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs independently.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including being on your feet for up to 7-8 hours a day.
- Successful completion of a background check.
