What You'll Do:

Drive Sales: Use your expertise and passion to engage with customers, understand their needs, and drive sales of our premium home fragrances, candles, and perfumes.

Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with clients through personalized service and exceptional follow-up, turning first-time buyers into loyal customers.

Communicate Effectively: Utilize your superior communication skills to present products compellingly, address inquiries, and provide insightful recommendations tailored to each customer’s preferences.

Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to offer fresh ideas and innovative approaches to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in strategies and promotional activities, ensuring a cohesive approach to market growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home fragrance, candle, or perfume industry. Your experience will be valued and leveraged as we grow.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey the essence of our products with enthusiasm and clarity, creating a memorable customer experience.

Passion for Fragrance: A genuine love for home fragrances, candles, and perfumes, with a keen sense of what makes a scent special and desirable.

Dynamic Personality: Energetic, engaging, and driven by results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at closing deals while building lasting relationships.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work seamlessly with a team and contribute to collective goals.

- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

- Strong customer service and sales skills.

- Basic math and retail math skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in stock management and inventory control.

- Experience with upselling and promoting products to customers.

- Bilingual skills (written and spoken) are a plus, but not required.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of retail sales processes and procedures.
