Primary Responsibilities:

• Process register transactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the merchandising efforts, including display maintenance and organization of the sales floor and stock room.
• Effectively communicate ongoing promotions and advertisements to customers.
• Support the training and development of new Team Members.
• Uphold store cleanliness, including store maintenance and shopping cart collection.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and courteous communication style with both customers and team members.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Store Leadership team.
