**Job Summary:**

Seeking a motivated individual to provide quality care to people in a dynamic team of medical staff. Will be trained to work on basic medical equipment while providing care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences

- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demonstrations

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking and monitoring inventory levels

- Handle copays transactions following proper copay collection procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in customer service or patient interactions

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, customers or similar situations

- Ability to explain technical features to customers

- Excellent organizational skills

- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus

- Knowledge about Neurostar TMS highly appreciated
