As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with various tasks, including customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your positive attitude and team spirit will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accuracy in processing sales
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Up sell products to customers to increase sales
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Pay: From $44,865.00 per year
