Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our organization by managing the revenue cycle process efficiently and accurately.

Duties:

- Review and analyze patient accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to ensure timely payment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and billing guidelines

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records systems
- Strong understanding of medical coding and billing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding guidelines

Pay: $77,536.00 - $83,064.00 per year
